DARGZ, a New York City native, brings the city's hip-hop flavor to the current vibrant London jazz scene with his genre-bending eclectic tunes.Residing in London, DARGZ has collaborated with some of the city's finest up-and-coming jazz talent, including the Mercury Prize-nominated drummer Moses Boyd and pianist Charley Stacey (Yussef Dayes Trio). As a touring musician, DARGZ has performed alongside Vampire Weekend, Haim, and Interpol. DARGZ's debut LP 'Happiness' is all about love: Love for family, love for music, and love for his cities of London and New York.The record is a genre-bending mix of New York 90s hip-hop blended with the pulsing sounds of London's thriving jazz scene, collaborating with Moses Boyd, Charley Stacey, James Chelliah, Jayy Starr, Novelty Island, K.I.N.E.T.I.K. & Simon Dufour.
